How Sports Industry Data keeps your data yours, keeps outreach lawful, and keeps minors out of it.

A stadium lit up at night

Your data is yours

Everything your team adds — your rolodex, notes, call transcripts, email threads, leads and pipeline — is private to your account. Other customers can't see it, and neither can our own staff. If you ever want support to look at something, you grant read-only access for a few hours; every record they open is logged for you to see.

Separate database

Sports Industry Data runs on its own database with its own login, and every connection and change to it is logged.

Verify before send

Before a message goes out, SID checks the address (syntax, mail servers, suppression and bounce history) and whether the person still appears to work where you think. Stale or wrong-person contacts are flagged instead of emailed.

CAN-SPAM

Every outreach email carries the sender's identity, a postal address and a one-click unsubscribe. A suppression list applies across every account. No SMS without consent.

Under-18s are never contacted

Anyone under 18, including high-school NIL athletes, is do-not-contact at the data and model level: no drafts, no sends.

AI drafts use the minimum

Drafts are written from a person's public record and your one-line brief. Your own notes and transcripts are included only when you tick the box for that draft.

Sources on every field

Each field is labelled with where it came from: a public source (with its URL), a licensed data partner, or your own upload. We never scrape LinkedIn.

Do not sell / delete my data

Anyone can ask us to delete their data, stop selling or sharing it, or tell them what we hold. The address is suppressed for every account as soon as the request is submitted, and the request is completed within 45 days.

Request removal at /privacy/request. Read the privacy policy and terms.
